The Professional Dance Training French Riviera (PDTFR) is based in Grasse, the world capital of perfume.

Housed in a 1000 m2 space dedicated exclusively to dance, PDTFR is a multi-disciplinary program designed for highly skilled young dancers aged 17 to 25 who strive to make a career in the Contemporary Dance world scene.

The main goal of the PDTFR is to cultivate an environment where dancers feel safe to explore, try new things, fail, and to challenge their physicality and performative skills, all the while encouraging vulnerability, growth, and success.

The PDFTR trains today's artists, who engage physically and emotionally, and take a social place in the universe. Sincere, unique, creative, daring, innovative and versatile, they are able to understand and adapt to any style or form of art, to exchange and argue about concepts and scriptures and to be able to thrive in collaborative and independent work environments. All these characteristics are essential to meet the demands of today's dance world.

Craftmanship, technique, autonomy, creativity, individuality and artistic expression make up the vision of the PDTFR.

Dancers are trained in contemporary and ballet dance techniques :  countertechnique, lyrical jazz, partnering, improvisation skills, choreography and performance, theater, mime, dramaturgy, singing and video making, all with an emphasis in embodying and speaking their own voice.

In addition, dancers have healing practices: Yoga, Breathwork, Pilates, Functional Anatomy, Floor Barre, and nutrition.

Exclusively in this program, dancers have mental coaching regularly.
They are treated like athletes.

The dance program is directed by Elodie Auger and has a duration of 2 years.
